Reliance Brands Limited is a part of Reliance Industries, India’s largest private sector company. They’re in the fashion business, and have introduced brands like Diesel, Brooks Brothers, Thomas Pink and Ermenegildo Zegna in India.

RBL were facing an HR problem. Business school graduates were reluctant to join RBL, because of the slightly formal and stiff perception of the parent company (which is into chemicals, telecom, finance, etc.)

I helped glam up RBL by creating a ‘Rock Star’ concept.

A set of two books, a T-shirt and a canvas tote bag were developed as a recruitment giveaway. A stop-motion animation presentation was created. This informed prospects what the company did, what brands they'd introduced, etc. and gave a glimpse of the company culture.
